Frequently Asked Questions
If we want to move forward, how long before you can start the work?
Depending on the time of year, we normally book 3 weeks in advance. If you have a small repair, we may be able to fit that in earlier by doing it on a day that we finish something early. If you have something urgent, reach out and we will do our best to accomidate you.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, personal checks, Zelle, Venmo and Paypal.
Do you require a deposit to schedule a project?
Yes and deposits will usually be 50 percent of the total estimate. We cannot offer any exceptions or alter amounts on deposits.
What type of warranty do you offer?
We offer a standard 5 year warranty on workmanship. Our local manufacturer offers a 10 year warranty on all iron panels if they are not welded.
Do you build custom designs for fence or handrails?
Yes we do. It depends on your ultimate goal but we can get as custom as sitting down with you and drawing a design on graph paper and building exactly what was drawn. Prefabricated panels are most popular due to them requiring very little maintence. All handrails are custom built and we do not offer anything prefabricated for that service.
Can I come by your business to view fence panels?
Our office is located in Allen Texas close to 75 and McDermott and it is a location where we can meet to go over plans, contracts or draw custom desings with homeowners but we do not stock fence panels there. The manufacturer for our panels has a location in Forney with a small showroom for the iron panels if you would like to see them in person before buying.
