The estimator will discuss the project that you are interested in pursuing. Depending on the scope of work to be done, most initial estimates can be provided over the phone if the customer has already has measurements or photos. If measurements are needed we come to the site and measure the run of the intended area and will confirm with you aspects such as the style of the fence, handrail or gate, material to be used, property lines or any other important information. We like interacting with real people and would love to meet you in person but we also have tools to operate remotely and maximize efficiency.
Once you receive your estimate, we like to set aside some time to go over everything with you in detail and answer any questions you have. Each estimate we provide tailored specific for the individual so its important to us to have clear communication on everything you should expect during the project.
Once we have all the details perfected how you want it and are in agreement with the price, the next step is to pay your deposit and get a schedule date locked in the calendar. Typically our lead time is 2-3 weeks from the date we receive a deposit and signed contract.
